We retain inquiry records while they are reasonably needed to respond to requests, provide service, maintain business records, and resolve disputes. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to records we must retain for legitimate business or legal purposes.

Analytics and Tracking

We use first-party analytics to understand which site actions help visitors reach our inquiry form. The system records random browser visitor and session identifiers, page paths, click locations, event types, referral domain, standard campaign parameters, device category, and approved non-personal project details such as media type, approximate quantity, and delivery preference.
