VHS & DVD Digitization Pricing

Simple pricing for every collection

The base price is $200 for up to 3 total tapes or discs. Each additional tape or disc is $50, regardless of whether your collection is VHS, DVD, or a mix of both.

For example, 4 items are $250, 5 items are $300, and 10 items are $550 before any optional USB drive and return shipping.

• 1–3 tapes or discs: $200 total

• USB flash drive: $20 extra
• Return shipping: charged separately

What your digitization price includes

The digitization price includes the conversion work itself and electronic delivery of your finished MP4 files. Your converted files are reviewed before delivery, and your original media is returned after the project is complete.

If you choose electronic MP4 delivery, there is no additional delivery fee for the digital files.

Optional and separate charges

A USB flash drive is optional and adds $20 to the project. Return shipping for your original media is charged separately.

Other than the digitization price, the optional $20 USB drive, and return shipping, there are no other service fees.

Mixed VHS and DVD collections

For a mixed collection, simply count all VHS tapes and DVDs together. The same pricing formula applies to the total number of media items.

For example, 3 VHS tapes plus 2 DVDs is 5 total items, so the digitization price is $300 before an optional USB drive and return shipping.

Damaged media and repairs

We do not perform tape or disc repair work and do not add repair fees. Media is digitized in the condition in which it arrives.

If damage or deterioration limits what can be captured, we'll contact you about the condition of the media and what is possible before changing the project.

Enter your best estimate of the total number of tapes and discs you have. It does not have to be exact yet. The form will show an estimated digitization price as you fill it out, regardless of the media type you select, and we'll confirm the final project details before you ship anything.
