What can you convert?+
We currently convert VHS tapes and home-burned DVDs. Have Hi8, MiniDV, Betamax, or something unusual? Mention it in your inquiry and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
How will I receive my videos?+
Your videos are delivered as easy-to-play MP4 files through a secure download or on a keepsake USB drive. Electronic MP4 delivery is included; a USB drive is $20 extra.
Will I get my originals back?+
Yes. Every physical tape and disc is returned after digitization. Return shipping is charged separately.
How long does it take and what does it cost?+
VHS tapes, DVDs, and mixed collections use the same pricing: $200 for up to 3 tapes or discs total, then $50 for each additional item. Turnaround depends on the size and condition of your collection.
What if a tape or disc is damaged?+
We work with media in the condition in which it arrives and do not perform repair work. If the condition limits what can be captured, we’ll contact you about what is possible.
