How VHS & DVD Digitization Works
You don't need to guess what to ship or where to send it. Start with an inquiry, confirm the project details, then mail your media after we provide instructions.
1. Tell us what you have
Submit the inquiry form with your approximate number of VHS tapes, DVDs, or a mixed collection, plus your preferred delivery method.
2. Review your quote and mailing instructions
We'll review the details, respond with a personalized quote, and provide the mailing address and packing guidance after the project is confirmed.
3. Pack and ship your media
Keep a simple inventory of what you're sending, use a sturdy box, protect the media from movement, and follow the mailing instructions you receive from us.
4. We digitize your videos
Your accepted VHS tapes and DVDs are converted to digital MP4 files. If a media problem prevents normal conversion, we'll contact you about the issue.
5. Receive your digital files and originals
Your finished videos are delivered electronically or on USB according to your order, and your original tapes and discs are returned to you.
