Which DVDs are a good fit?
Forever Remembered focuses on personal and family video material, including home-burned DVDs from camcorders and family recorders. Tell us what kind of discs you have in your inquiry so we can confirm that the project is a good fit before you ship anything.
We work with discs in the condition in which they arrive and do not perform repair work. If a disc is scratched, damaged, or cannot be read normally, we'll contact you about what is possible rather than promising recovery that may not be possible.

How much does DVD to digital conversion cost?+
Digitization is $200 for up to 3 discs, then $50 for each additional disc. Electronic MP4 delivery is included. A USB flash drive is $20 extra, and return shipping is charged separately. There are no other service fees.
What kinds of DVDs do you convert?+
Forever Remembered focuses on personal and family video material, including home-burned discs from camcorders and family recorders. If you're unsure whether a disc is a good fit, mention it in your inquiry before shipping anything.
How will I receive my converted DVD videos?+
